Robert is responsible for quality control of all financial statements issued by Harvey & Horowitz, P.C.  In addition, Robert serves as engagement service partner for many of Harvey & Horowitz, P.C. clients.  He has over forty years of public accounting experience serving a variety of clients in various industries, including manufacturing, real estate, retail, wholesale and service businesses.

Robert resides in Avon, Connecticut, and received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Connecticut and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Connecticut Society of Certified Public Accountants.
