To our valued clients:
Harvey & Horowitz hopes you and your families are safe and healthy as the COVID-19 Virus has created an unprecedented situation world-wide.
As the effects of the COVID-19 Virus continue to impact our daily lives, we are taking necessary precautions and making appropriate changes to our work environment. We are keeping a close eye on the evolving situation with our staff, clients, and the community in mind. We are following the recommendations of the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as state and local officials.
Healthcare officials have urged “social distancing” in effort to combat the COVID-19 pandemic. In line with this recommendation, we suggest that clients mail or email necessary tax information to limit social interactions. However, if you prefer to deliver the documents in person, please be assured our office is being sanitized continuously and our staff is practicing “social distancing” around the office space. We have asked staff to avoid team meetings as well as visits to client offices, preventing further exposure to those in our office.
While the office currently remains open, our staff has the option to work from home if they prefer. We recognize the status of this viral outbreak is changing rapidly. We are closely monitoring all healthcare and governmental authorities’ recommendations and are fully prepared to shift the entire staff to work remotely. With the benefit of today’s technology, we are able to continue to meet all client needs from remote locations. Our communication platforms will not change and our staff will continue to work closely with all clients to meet their accounting and tax needs as we work through the challenges created by the COVID-19 Virus pandemic.
Our goal is to continue providing our clients with professional services through this challenging time, while promoting the health and safety of our staff, clients, and community alike.
Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
